Local evidence can be useful when it is described accurately. Photographs, dates, road conditions, waterlogging, noise experience, farming information and other first-hand observations can help explain why an issue matters to you.
Upload photographs or documents with your submission. State where and when a photo was taken and what it shows. Do not present a nearby observation as proof of conditions inside the project site unless the evidence supports that conclusion.
Where your own experience appears different from an application report, identify the difference and ask the decision-maker to reconcile it. That is stronger and more accurate than overstating what an observation proves.
Confirm the actual project scale, layout, setbacks, access and equipment proposed.
